4.5 NICC (NSW Independent Casino Commission)

The New South Wales Independent Casino Commission is the regulatory body responsible for overseeing casino operations in NSW, including The Star Sydney and Crown Sydney. The NICC replaced the previous Casino Control Authority and was granted enhanced powers following the Bergin Inquiry recommendations.
