All prices are in USD. Choose annual or 3-Year billing; the 3-Year Plan saves 33% versus annual: the per-year cost is lower. Payment is handled by a third-party processor acting as merchant of record, so your receipt and any tax comes from them. You can cancel at any time.

Yes, and a substantial one. The whole 1,090-term Glossary is open, all 400 methods in the Cheats & Scams Library are free to read, and so are the Incident Wall and the Responsible Gaming section: no account, no card. A free account adds the fourteen-document Responsible Gaming pack. The detection and prevention notes on the method pages are the paid layer, and they come with any paid tier or with the $499 edition.

Enterprise includes 5 user seats. Further seats are $2,999 per seat per year, up to 20 additional seats: 25 in total on one agreement. Beyond that we move you to a custom multi-property arrangement rather than stacking seats; write to editor@surveillanceasia.com and we will scope it.

Yes. You can move up to a higher tier whenever you need to: the higher tier’s features unlock as soon as you upgrade. Contact us to switch and we’ll arrange the change to your billing; tier downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

All sales are final unless the product is materially defective: if a file is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match what the product page described, we repair it or refund it. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; the period already paid for runs to its end. Two things sit above that: our payment processor is the merchant of record and operates its own buyer terms, and mandatory consumer law in your country takes precedence where it applies.
