The Desk

Your enterprise intelligence assistant for surveillance, gaming regulation and investigations.

Every answer is retrieved from our own corpus, cited and graded. When the corpus does not cover a question, The Desk says so rather than guessing.

Enterprise access required

The Desk is included with the Enterprise tier. It answers casino surveillance, compliance, AML and investigations questions across 11 jurisdictions: every answer cited to a badged source. It does not crawl the web. It answers only from a curated corpus in which every passage is graded to its source, so it can tell you what kind of authority an answer rests on, which a general assistant cannot do, because it has no way to know whether a sentence came from a regulator or from a blog.

This console is Enterprise-gated and locked at three layers. No AI model is called and zero tokens are used until a verified Enterprise seat opens it.

Answers from our corpus

Not from a model’s memory. If our corpus does not cover it, The Desk says so.

Every source graded

Verified, Reported, Analysis or Advisory: you always know what you are standing on.

Built for the monitoring room

Surveillance, investigations and compliance first, in the vocabulary of the trade.

Cited, and forwardable

Every answer carries its citations, so it survives being sent to a regulator.

Every answer cited · every citation badged

Answers retrieved from a curated corpus, not generated from memory

Every passage read, attributed and graded by a person · 11 jurisdictions · zero hallucinated regulations across every evaluation run we have made · Cited to source. Not legal advice: verify against the primary document.

How The Desk works sets out the retrieval path, the four-badge grading standard and what the corpus does and does not cover.
