Panic Button / Duress Alarm

A concealed emergency device that employees can activate to silently alert security and surveillance when they are in danger or witnessing a crime. Panic buttons are strategically located at cage positions, pit podiums, count rooms, and other high-risk work areas. When activated, a duress alarm triggers immediate camera focus on the alarm location and dispatch of security personnel without audible notification that could escalate the situation.

Duress alarm testing is typically conducted on a scheduled basis; employees are trained on locations and activation procedures during onboarding.
