Dealer Error Exploitation (Legal)
How it works
Players who intentionally create conditions that increase dealer mistakes—such as confusing arithmetic, distracting chatter, or table position manipulation—to gain favorable payouts. Players sit at positions that create dealer blind spots, ask questions during critical counting phases, or create chaos at the table to induce mistakes. They may color up frequently to create more error opportunities or compliment dealers into relaxing accuracy.
On the record
While not illegal in most jurisdictions, systematic dealer error exploitation is grounds for exclusion. Professional advantage players have written extensively about maximizing “dealer error” opportunities.
