Currency Transaction Report (CTR)
AML/CFT
A report filed with FinCEN for each currency transaction (or aggregate of transactions) exceeding $10,000 by or on behalf of the same person during a single gaming day. CTRs capture essential customer information including name, address, Social Security number, and identification details. Transactions subject to CTR reporting include front money deposits, payments on markers or credit, redemptions of chips or gaming instruments, cashing of checks or negotiable instruments, and currency exchanges. CTRs must be electronically filed within 15 calendar days of the transaction date using FinCEN Form 112.
