Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
AML/CFT
The process of identifying and verifying a customer’s identity, understanding the nature and purpose of their relationship with the casino, and conducting ongoing monitoring to detect and report suspicious activities. CDD applies to all customers and includes collecting identifying information (name, date of birth, address, identification documents), verifying identity through reliable sources, and assessing the customer’s risk profile. CDD is a fundamental pillar of AML compliance and must be performed before a customer engages in significant transactions.
