Environmental Services / Cleaner

Support Staff

The housekeeping and sanitation staff responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the casino property, including the gaming floor, restrooms, corridors, and public areas. On the gaming floor, Environmental Services employees clean ashtrays, empty trash, wipe down machines and tables, address spills promptly, and ensure the property presents a clean and inviting appearance at all times.

In practice

In 24-hour operations, environmental services work continuously in shifts. Their presence on the gaming floor also serves as an additional set of eyes for surveillance and security.
