The manager responsible for all aspects of poker room operations, including game selection and limits, staffing and scheduling dealers and floor personnel, managing the tournament program, setting policies, handling high-level player disputes, coordinating with marketing on poker promotions, monitoring rake and revenue performance, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations specific to poker operations. The Poker Room Manager reports to the Casino Manager or Table Games Director.
