Puck (Marker / Disk)

Craps

A round plastic marker, approximately 3 inches in diameter, with “ON” printed on one side (white) and “OFF” printed on the other side (black). The puck is used by the dealer to indicate the game state: the OFF side is displayed during come-out rolls when no point is established, and the ON side is displayed on the established point number once a point is set. The puck is the most important visual indicator in craps, telling players and dealers whether the game is in the come-out phase or the point phase. The boxman or base dealer controls placement of the puck.
