Shaved Dice (Bricks / Flats)

How it works

Dice that have been shaved or ground down on one or more sides to alter their shape from a perfect cube toward a rectangular prism. When one side is shaved, four adjacent sides become shorter with less surface area, causing the shaved side and its opposite side to appear face up more often because the die tends to settle on the larger remaining surfaces. Variations include: Flat Passer (single die shaved on 3 or 4 side - rolls more 4s, 5s, 9s, 10s); Six-Ace Flat (shaved on 1 or 6 side - rolls more of those numbers); and full Flat Passer (one die shaved on 1 and 6, other on 3 and 4).
