Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC)
Licensing & Regulatory
One of the two primary gaming regulatory bodies in the US state of Nevada, alongside the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB). The NGC has the final authority on licensing decisions, approving or denying applications based on the NGCB’s investigations. The NGC also adopts regulations, rules on disciplinary matters, and sets policy direction for gaming regulation in Nevada. The NGC and NGCB together form a two-tiered regulatory system that is considered the gold standard for casino regulation worldwide.
