Craps Die-Switching (Hand Mucking)
How it works
Expert cheaters substitute loaded or controlled dice for casino dice during play, typically during a distraction or using sleight-of-hand. When the stickman pushes dice to the shooter, a cheater palms the casino dice and substitutes loaded or “float” dice (with altered weight). After the roll, they switch back before the boxman inspects. Requires precise timing and usually accomplice distraction.
