Disguised Security Officer Robbery

Cage RobberyREPORTEDSkill: Intermediate

How it works

A robber dresses in clothing resembling casino security or law enforcement to approach the cage with reduced suspicion. In November 2025, a suspect robbed the Rampart Casino in Summerlin, Las Vegas, wearing a ballistic helmet, blue sunglasses, black facemask, and a blue-and-yellow security jacket. He entered through the parking garage, pulled an AR-style rifle at the cage, demanded money, and left the same way. The disguise provided critical seconds of reduced suspicion as he approached the target.
