What it flags
Six efficiency metrics
Cameras-per-operator, cost-per-camera, operator density, cost as a share of GGR, coverage gap and cost per monitored hour — all from your own numbers.
Three standards, each graded
Score against New Jersey's statutory ratio, the IACSP 2024 industry survey, or our own stricter advisory. Whichever you pick prints with its source.
Savings scenarios
Models cost-savings scenarios — the ROI case for staffing, coverage and capex, ready for the board.
How it works
Why directors adopt this
See internal theft first
Lead with internal theft, then fraud, cheating and AML exposure — captured the moment the monitoring room sees them.
Proprietary detection formulas
The category structure and sign-off were built over decades of surveillance work — how a monitoring room actually runs.
Held to a published standard
The same verification rigor as our intelligence — sourced, documented and correctable.
Act on it, get results
Turn a shift's notes into a signed, exportable record your investigators, auditors and regulator can act on.
What you get
- Six efficiency metrics — from your own numbers
- Three graded standards — regulatory, survey, or ours
- Savings-scenario model — the ROI for the board
- A4 PDF + HTML snapshot — signable, reopenable
Your data stays local
Every field is entered and held in the browser on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sent to a server — safe for the monitoring room.
Configurable for your jurisdiction
Swap the regulator list, set thresholds and currency to fit your property — Macau today, ready for Singapore, the Philippines and beyond.
“The board funds what it can measure — and questions what it cannot source. Put your ratios against a standard you can name, and the surveillance budget becomes an efficiency argument rather than a plea.”

Questions
How does it operate?+–
It takes your department's own numbers — floor area, cameras, headcount by shift, budget and GGR — and returns six ratios, an efficiency score and a savings model. The comparison standard is yours to choose and every figure prints with its source.
Does my data leave the machine?+–
No. The report is filled and stored entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the file you export stays on your machine.
What can it import?+–
Nothing to import — the department's figures are entered on the page. Three comparison standards ship with it: New Jersey's statutory operator ratio (N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10, graded VERIFIED), the IACSP 2024 International Casino Surveillance Survey (REPORTED), and our own stricter advisory position (ADVISORY). A metric with no published figure under the standard you pick says so rather than inventing one.
Can we add our own branding?+–
Yes. Add your property name and logo yourself at no cost. We also offer optional paid customisation to fit your jurisdiction and house rules.
