What counts as "internal distribution rights"?
You can store toolkit files on your operator’s internal share drive and grant access to your surveillance, compliance, and operations staff across all properties under the same operating group. You cannot resell, republish, or distribute to external counterparties (junket promoters, other operators, regulators).
What if I need more than 25 seats?
Beyond 25 named users we stop selling seats and scope a custom multi-property arrangement instead, because at that size the questions that matter are deployment, invoicing across entities and how the distribution rights are worded, not the per-seat rate.
