Count Processes

The count room is a secure, restricted-access room physically separated from the gaming floor and public areas where the soft count is conducted. The count room features controlled single entry, redundant surveillance cameras with audio recording covering all angles, a count table for sorting and counting, counting machines, and secure storage for drop boxes awaiting count. Access during the counting process is limited to count team members and specifically authorized personnel whose names must be listed on a written notice. The count room door is secured at all times during counting, and any entry or exit requires surveillance notification and hand-exposure protocols.
