Redeemable loyalty currency earned by players through gaming activity, which can be exchanged for complimentary goods and services including free play, hotel rooms, dining, spa services, and retail merchandise. Unlike tier points (which determine status level), comp points represent actual redeemable value and function as a stored-value credit on the player’s account. The earn rate for comp points is typically a fixed percentage of theoretical win—commonly 5–10% of theo.
