RFB (Room, Food & Beverage)
Comps & Incentives
The most common and valued category of casino comps, encompassing complimentary hotel accommodations, meals at property restaurants, and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). RFB represents the core of the traditional casino comp structure and is typically authorized for players whose ADT exceeds defined property-specific thresholds. Executive-level RFB (including suites, fine dining, and premium beverages) is reserved for the highest-tier players. The cost of RFB comps is tracked carefully by finance as a direct reinvestment cost against gaming revenue.
In practice
In Macau and Singapore integrated resorts, RFB for VIP players may extend to ultra-luxury accommodations (villas and penthouses), Michelin-starred dining, and private jet transport.
