Slot Supervisor

Slot Department

The floor-level supervisor responsible for overseeing slot operations during a specific shift or section of the slot floor. The Slot Supervisor manages slot attendants, verifies and approves jackpot payouts above a certain threshold, resolves machine malfunctions, handles customer disputes, ensures proper procedures for fills and hopper refills, monitors for unusual activity or cheating attempts, and maintains communication with the slot technician team and surveillance. Slot Supervisors typically carry a radio and are in constant motion across the slot floor.

In practice

Slot supervisors are the first point of escalation for any slot floor issue. They must be able to identify when a machine malfunction requires a technician versus when it is a player-induced issue or cheating attempt.
