An employee dedicated to providing personalized, high-touch service to the casino’s highest-value players (high rollers and VIPs). The VIP Host manages all aspects of the VIP experience including private gaming room access, luxury accommodations, fine dining reservations, entertainment bookings, transportation arrangements, and bespoke concierge services. VIP Hosts are available around the clock for their assigned players and must exercise extreme discretion regarding player information.

In practice

In Macau and other Asian markets, VIP host functions may overlap with or be supplemented by junket operators who provide similar services to high-rolling players.
