The statutory board under Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs responsible for regulating the gambling industry in Singapore. The GRA was reconstituted from the former Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) on 1 August 2022. The GRA’s mission is to protect the people of Singapore by keeping gambling honest and free of criminal influence and minimizing the harms from gambling. The GRA regulates Singapore’s two integrated resort casinos (Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa) under the Casino Control Act, and oversees all other gambling activities under the Gambling Control Act.
