Dragon Tail
Baccarat
A visual pattern on the Big Road scoreboard that forms when one side (player or banker) wins consecutively for many hands, causing the column to fill vertically and then extend horizontally. A “dragon” is slang for an extended winning streak. Double, triple, or sextuple dragon tails can form side by side, creating complex visual patterns.
In practice
Asian baccarat players often bet with the “dragon” (streak), believing it will continue. Surveillance should be aware that players may request table changes or specific dealers based on perceived dragon patterns.
