Responsible Gaming

A comprehensive framework of policies, practices, and programs designed to ensure that gambling is conducted in a manner that minimizes harm to individuals and society. Responsible gaming encompasses preventing underage gambling, identifying and assisting problem gamblers, ensuring fair play, providing accurate information about gambling risks, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for patrons. All 38 US gaming jurisdictions require operators to implement responsible gaming programs, and similar requirements exist in virtually all regulated international markets.
