Is the Academy actually included, or is it a separate purchase?
Included. The Academy access ($4,999 standalone) is bundled into Executive and Enterprise. It is never sold standalone at $4,999 unless explicitly unbundled later — that price is the comparison anchor that shows what you’d pay elsewhere.
Can I add more seats?
Executive includes 2 seats. Add-on seats are available at $4,499/seat/year (priced at the same retail-to-stack ratio as the base tier). If you need 3 or more, Enterprise (5 seats included at $26,999) is the cleaner price.
What kinds of questions can I send to Ask-an-Expert?
Written analysis questions on the topics we publish: AML programme design, junket due diligence, incident response, regulator interpretation, surveillance methodology. We do not provide live property-specific consulting (that’s outside the published service). Up to 2 questions per month, 3–5 business-day written turnaround.
Can I cancel and keep what I downloaded?
Yes. Toolkit files and Library files you download during your subscription are yours to keep. What stops on cancellation is access to updates, new toolkits added after your renewal date, and ongoing Brief delivery.
