Do I get the briefs in full at Pro, or just summaries?
Full briefs. Every paid tier includes the complete Reports & Analysis cadence — Monday Brief, Thursday Brief, Monthly Deep Dive, Quarterly Assessment, Annual Forecast. There are no summary tiers and no gated previews at Pro.
What’s the difference between Pro and Executive for the Library?
Pro gets on-site search-only access to the Glossary and the Cheats & Scams Library — you can look terms and methods up but cannot download the source files. Executive adds the full downloadable Library (Glossary + Cheats & Scams + Incident Wall).
Are the 20 toolkits really included at no extra cost?
Yes. All 20 toolkits — total standalone retail $6,970 — are included as free downloads at every paid tier including Pro. You don’t buy them separately, you don’t pay an upgrade for them. They’re the core of the subscription.
What if I just want to try the briefs first?
Join the Founding Members window at /founding — six months of full briefs free, no card required, no auto-charge. At month seven you choose whether to subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Any time. We bill annually (or every three years if you choose the 3-Year plan). Cancellation stops the next renewal — no refunds on the period already paid.
Why is the 3-Year plan double the annual price instead of triple?
It’s exactly that — you pay for two years, get the third year free. The effective rate drops to $1,999/year. We do this because subscriber retention is the cleanest signal of intent.
