Black Book (List of Excluded Persons)

Nevada’s official List of Excluded Persons, commonly known as the “Black Book,” which contains the names of individuals whose presence in licensed casinos is considered a threat to the integrity of the state’s gaming industry. Excluded persons are prohibited from entering any licensed casino in Nevada, and casinos can be penalized for allowing excluded persons on their premises. The Black Book includes individuals associated with organized crime, cheating, money laundering, and other serious offenses. Other jurisdictions maintain similar exclusion lists.
