Cautious Seizure
Responsible Gaming
The on-the-spot seizure of chips or gaming benefits from an interdicted person found playing (Law 10/2012, Art. 11-A). The seizure record must be signed by the DICJ inspector, the casino's responsible officer and the interdicted person; the items are held in the casino's main treasury until the decision is final.
