The rule that prizes and the concessionaire's revenues from an interdicted person's play revert to the Macao SAR, net of that person's losses (Law 10/2012, Art. 11(1)).

In practice

The 2018 amendment introduced the net-of-losses basis, replacing the earlier gross 'amounts bet' reading.
