Responsible Gaming
The plan a Macau concessionaire must prepare before operating and review periodically (Art. 42-A), whose mandatory contents are fixed by Art. 42-B(1): player information on dependence and addiction, measures keeping barred persons out, self-exclusion and third-party exclusion information, a specialised responsible-gaming group, and employee training.
In practice
Execution of the plan is reported to the DICJ annually by 31 December.
