Casino Manager / Table Games Director
Pit and Floor Management
The highest-ranking operational manager responsible for all table games within a casino property. The Casino Manager (or Table Games Director) oversees all shift managers, sets table limits, determines game mix and table spreads, manages the table games budget and labor costs, develops comping policies, and coordinates with marketing on player development initiatives. This role holds ultimate P&L responsibility for the table games department and reports to the VP of Casino Operations or General Manager.

Title variations include “Table Games Director,” “Director of Table Games,” “Vice President of Table Games,” and simply “Casino Manager.” The specific title often depends on property size and organizational structure.
