Games Manager

Pit and Floor Management

A mid-level management position responsible for the operational performance of a specific game type (e.g., blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat) across multiple pits or the entire property. The Games Manager ensures all dealers for their designated game are properly trained, monitors hold percentages and game performance metrics, implements rule variations and side bet offerings, and serves as the subject matter expert for that game. This role bridges pit-level supervision and departmental management.
